1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting this website (gotchucovered.llc) or by engaging the services of Shane Robinson LLC (DBA Gotchu Covered), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. About Our Services

Gotchu Covered provides professional wallpaper installation, wallpaper removal, vinyl installation, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Utah and surrounding areas. All services are provided by Shane Robinson LLC, a company registered in the State of Utah.

3. Estimates

• All estimates are free of charge and non-binding until a written agreement is signed.
• Estimates reflect our assessment at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may vary if conditions discovered during the project differ from what was observed during the estimate.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to revise an estimate if the project scope changes after the initial assessment.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

• We will make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled appointments.
• We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice where travel has already occurred.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Before work begins: You may cancel a project at any time before work starts with no charge, provided materials have not yet been ordered.
• After materials are ordered: You may be responsible for the actual cost of materials that cannot be returned.
• After work commences: You will be invoiced for materials used and labor completed up to the point of cancellation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or pause a project if site conditions are found to be unsafe, unsuitable, or materially different from what was described at the time of estimate.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services are custom-performed labor, we generally do not issue cash refunds for completed work. However:

• If a workmanship defect is identified within 7 days of project completion, contact us and we will assess the issue and remedy it at no additional charge.
• This remedy does not apply to damage caused by third parties after our work is complete, issues arising from customer-supplied materials, or normal wear and tear.
• Disputes regarding billing should be raised within 14 days of invoice.

7. Payment

• Payment terms (amount, method, and due date) will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement.
• We do not accept payment through this website. All payment is arranged directly with our team.
• Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees as described in your service agreement.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible, clear of furniture, and safe at the time of the appointment.
• Wallpaper or materials supplied by the customer must be in suitable condition. We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied materials.
• Existing wall conditions (moisture, damage, irregular surfaces) may affect the quality of installation. We will communicate any concerns before and during the project.

9. Portfolio and Photography

We may photograph completed installations for use in our portfolio, on this website, and in marketing materials. If you do not wish for your project to be included in our portfolio, please inform us before work begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images of completed work, the Gotchu Covered name and logo, and the website design — is the property of Shane Robinson LLC (DBA Gotchu Covered) unless otherwise noted. All photographs of completed installations are original work owned by Shane Robinson LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site. Descriptions of services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, Shane Robinson LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Utah.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
